1. PM tạo task và assign cho Developer, Tester
2. Estimate thời gian làm
3. Chuyển status task thành 'Developed' sau khi làm xong và assign cho Tester
4. Tester ghi rõ các Testcase đã test, đổi status và assign lại cho PM sau khi test xong
5. PM test lại và assign lại cho phía Nhật sau khi test xong.
6. Phía Nhật test lại và Close task sau khi đã deploy lên Production.
7. Nếu có bug phát sinh trên Production thì assign lại cho PM
